Dilek Özcengiz

Dr. Dilek Dâî Özcengiz graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine and is a Professor of Anesthesiology, Reanimation, and Intensive Care. She conducted studies in pediatric cardiac anesthesia in London and has served as Director of Çukurova University School of Health Services and as Dean of Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine. She holds a PhD in Health Psychology, a master’s degree in Psychological Counseling, and a law degree from Ankara University Faculty of Law, specializing in Health Law. Author of 15 books and more than 150 publications, she is currently a faculty member at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine and teaches Health Law at Sanko and Bezmialem University Medical Schools.
