  4. Congress registration fees will be paid to the association account. You can contact the association for detailed information and payment procedures.

ACCOMMODATION

Participant Accommodation Package 41.160 TL +KDV 33.810 TL+KDV

  1. The above package prices include 3 nights all-inclusive accommodation between 27-30 November 2025.
  2. If the above accommodation fees are not paid by 1 July 2025, 15% late accommodation fee will be added.
  3. If the above late accommodation fees are not paid until 25 November, an additional 15% on-site accommodation fee will be added to the late accommodation fee.
  4. Kongre bilimsel aktiviteleri süresince kongre otelinde konaklamayan ve konaklama hizmetini kongre acentesinden almayan katılımcılardan ya da sponsorlarından, otel tarafından talep edilen dış katılımcı bedeli ayrıca tahsil edilecektir. Kongre dış katılımcı bedeli günlük 3.920 TL + KDV+ KDV’dir.
  5. Refakatçi ücreti Dernek üyesi hekimlerin ailelerine gecelik 3.675 TL+ KDV’dir. Dernek üyesi olmayan hekim aileleri için gecelik 11.270 TL + KDV’dir.
