- The above package prices include 3 nights all-inclusive accommodation between 27-30 November 2025.
- If the above accommodation fees are not paid by 1 July 2025, 15% late accommodation fee will be added.
- If the above late accommodation fees are not paid until 25 November, an additional 15% on-site accommodation fee will be added to the late accommodation fee.
- Participants or sponsors who do not stay at the congress hotel during the congress scientific activities and do not receive accommodation service from the congress agency will be charged an external participant fee requested by the hotel. The congress external participant fee is 80 EUR + VAT per day.
- Accompanying fee is 75 EUR + VAT per night for the families of physicians who are members of the Association. For the families of physicians who are not members of the Association, it is 230 EUR + VAT per night.
- The above prices are excluding VAT. Any changes that may occur in tax rates are reflected at the same rate.
- Double room difference will be added to the single room fee.
