Sevda Türen

Sevda TÜREN graduated from the Department of Nursing at Istanbul University, Bakırköy School of Health in 2007. Between 2007 and 2017, she worked as a clinical nurse and coronary intensive care nurse at various institutions. She completed her master's degree in Internal Medicine Nursing at Istanbul University, Institute of Health Sciences in 2010 and her doctorate in 2017. In addition to serving as the Education and R&D coordinator at Istanbul Mehmet Akif Ersoy Thoracic, Cardiovascular, and Vascular Surgery Training and Research Hospital, she also participated in the intensive care certification program. Türen, who received the title of Associate Professor in Internal Medicine Nursing in 2023, has published numerous national and international studies in the field of intensive care nursing, in addition to her theses and research in cardiology nursing.
