She completed her medical education at Istanbul University Cerrahpa\u015fa Faculty of Medicine in 1994, her residency in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 2003, and her subspecialty training in Intensive Care Medicine at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 2008. Between 2009 and 2011, she worked as an intensive care specialist at Istanbul Yedikule Chest Diseases and Thoracic Surgery Training and Research Hospital.\nS.
